Anyone know what the roads in Wicklow are like?
I'm free all week, should probably make the effort to get out.

Sally gap is still impassable. I'd say wait till the weekend at the earliest to give the snow a proper chance to melt - tis meant to still be freezing all week.

Main roads seem alright up near me to a certain degree but smaller roads are still pretty bad

Who wants to man-up and give Sluice a go?

Don't worry, it won't be warm.

Finally found ACTUAL paddlers here (I knew wearing that Bliss-stick t-shirt around wasn't in vain), so will be engaging in ACTUAL snow melt alpine paddling. I'll keep ye in on plan details, lest any of ye feel like hopping on a ferry.
