Right peeps and peepette's, I need people to do a boathouse inventory. I need a eso de 6 personas to help me. I'm planning on doing it the week after exams. I will choose a day which accommodates most people. This needs to be done, so the sooner the better and if you help me and I like you, you get a hug, or a kick in the teeth, which ever suits best. Oh and unlike previous years, the inventory will be done in Messers.

I'd say when your determining exact dates keep it flexible until close to the time and check the weather forecast. It's easier to check outfitting ro do small repairs (if you want to do that) if you can move the boats outside and you'll get more people willing to help if it's nice weather. (And if it's rainy people will be paddling).
Also it will probably make it easier if you don't lend any gear that day and make sure all borrowed gear has been returned. I'll help if I am around.

No, I thought I would be really helpful and tell you about some privately owned paddles that have no bearing on the inventory you're preparing for and asking about.

Hey guys - we managed to fill a big bag of clothes found in the boathouse - if you think you own any of it collect it cause it's being thrown into the skip by the end of the summer

No - there's bits of all kinds of clothes in it including jackets, trousers, shoes, t-shirts, hiking boots, scarves, etc.
