BARGAIN HUNTING

[Douchier]

Anyone looking for a first boat? Great outdoors have one of these for sale for €400 ( you could possibly get them down a bit). It's definitely used but seems to be in good nick.

Also, there's an actual playboat for sale on Irishwhitewater.

- those boats on donedeal look quite speculatively priced...
It does often have good deals on gt/inazone type boats though.

Their general ones there on i-canoe are about €18, but I saw them for €15 in Gods at Christmas.

Eugh...they should only be a tenner.

Edit: I just looked at the i-canoe website - those ones for €18 are really bad too. Karen got some of those a few years ago and they only lasted about a year before completely falling apart.

I just want to stress getting airbags and covering them with UCDCC and tying them in an awkward way so they stay in club boats!

Do not get bouancy aids with zips, zips and the canoe club do not mix.
