Alps 2013 - Meeting

[Niall Finch]

Ahoy hoy folks

Was thinking we'll need to get a meeting sorted for this trip if we want it to go ahead - here's a doodle thingy - for people to fill in - just realised I ran it into Varsities so ignore the Friday.

I really think wait till after Varsities - that's why I was waiting to put this up.

Realistically we're only seeing who is genuinely interested in going and what they want to do - no major organising is going o be done at all like

Wednesday? we can do it in mine if wanted, or UCD as it's far more convenient. I can give campus services a buzz and get us a room booked.

[MarieH]

Wednesday suits me...well pretty much any day except Friday. Somewhere on campus would be handiest. There's always a room free in Vet if that would suit people.

[Niall Finch]

Yeah Wednesday suits me, after six though - sure we could always just us the board like, it's empty at that hour of the day - but which ever like

[MarieH]

so does Wednesday evening, 6.15pm, at the board suit everyone?

[CormacR]

yup

[Chunderdragon]

sounds good!
