right so guys and girls, now that you are all pro river runners we are going to head back to the liffey and have a propper stab at it. we will get on at sluice (it is not as nasty as it sounds) and make our way down through lucan, annaliffey and on to wrens nest. this is a great section of river and should be loads of fun.
