So this Weekend we are planning some really good coaching and training in preparation for next Week's planned Assessments.
I would really appreciate an early sign-up for this one guys, to allow for planning and groups sizes etc.
The river trip will be to the Liffey as it is a great training ground with all the right bits you need in order to get the most out of a river.
