Lahinch '07-the money stuff
« on: November 05, 2007, 12:41:47 »
Ok so after HOURS of working with the accounts i've finally written up a budget for Lahinch (its currently on the back of my hand)
Since we're such nice folk (ein reich ein fuhrer....) here at ucd canoe club we're gonna cut you all a pretty sweet deal for Lahinch:

Pay me my money before the 15th of November and it'll cost 50 euro. Pay me between the 16th-18th and you're a pain in my ass so you can pay me 60 euro and go rot in hell!!

Now aren't we nice? Thats an extra 10 euro to spend on alcohol. I dunno about all of you but my extra money is going towards a bottle of Bucky- what are you gonna get?

the club hummus incident deserves harsh reprisals. I think Pia should be banned from all non-Tesco Value produce until she learns to shop for cheap.

except tesco value coffee, because that's just shite.

2/3 euro can feed 2 or 3 people dinner, easily. what does the club really want, a small blob of hummus for each person, or a hearty dinner and some booze?

Buckfast chille,
Mince a dead animal that you found on the side of the road.
Fry till fur is gone
Steal onions from home and tomatoes and chile mix and whatever else you need
Buy 6 bottles of buckfast.
Fry up ingredients in pot and simmer add glass of buckie. Drink the rest.
Find pot next day wonder what happened.

chile mix

oh. dear. lord.

anyone who was in ballycastle in the great blizzard of '07 will know my feelings on chilli mix.

it's evil. why would you use chili mix when it's so easy to make from scratch?! that's like not making your own pasta sauce!

the hummous cost the same amount as the jam and i got more praise for it than for anything else i bought- your criticism diarmaid was just LOUDER!! Just because you survive on breakfast rolls and cigarettes mr. Lifestyle change doesn't mean i'm gonna feed my freshers the same CRAP!!! Do you have any ideas how cheap it is to make hummous? tin of TESCO VALUE chickpeas ~ 40c, half a lemon~cheap, clove of garlic~very very cheap, 1 teaspoon tahini~ NOTHING!!! And there you have it- a shitload of hummous that cost less than a euro.

FUCK YOU!!!!
